McIntyre, Worthington named ARA Rising Stars

Two MFA employees were recog­nized as “Rising Stars” by the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) during the 2022 ARA Conference & Expo in San Diego.

Adam McIntyre, MFA director of retail strategy north, and Jason Worthington, MFA director of account management, were included in the list of 24 top perform­ers and emerging leaders honored by the ARA on Dec. 1.

“Each year we look forward to recogniz­ing a new class of Rising Stars for their impactful work in the ag retail industry,” said ARA President and CEO Daren Cop­pock. “We hope these top performers will remain engaged with ARA as we work together to advance our industry for years to come.”

The Rising Stars program allows ARA member companies to nominate emerging leaders to be recognized for their work in front of hundreds of industry professionals and to explore new ways to hone their leadership skills. The theme of this year’s Rising Stars award program is “Leading with Purpose,” and many of the participants created videos tell­ing their unique perspectives.

Nominations are accepted each year from late spring until early fall and are open only to ARA members. Videos by this year’s recipients, including McIntyre and Worthington, can be viewed on YouTube at bit.ly/ARA_RisingStars2022.
