Idaho Chef's Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups great northern beans, cooked and drained
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 tsp. pepper. divided
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbls. cider vinegar
- 2 tbls. chopped chives
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
In a large salad bowl, combine beans, celery and ¼ tsp. pepper. Combine milk, oil, vinegar, chives, salt, sugar, mustard and remaining pepper; pour over beans and stir until coated. Chill and serve. Yields 8 servings.
